I am going to tell you about waves 

One fact is that the tallest wave ever measured was 1,719 feet at Latoya Bay, Alaska

Fact two is that The sound of the wave is a type of energy by vibrations.

Fact three when studying waves it is important to remember that they transfer energy not matter.
